Order Related Queries
Once your payment is authorized and your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from Mehar. You would be provided with the Order Number, details of the order and the amount you have paid.
You will also receive a confirmation call from the Customer Support Team. One you confirm the details, the order will be processed for dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order.

Once your order is placed, our Customer Support Team calls you to confirm the delivery address details. You can inform about the change in delivery address and mobile number to the Customer Support Team.
Please note that the address can be changed only if the order is placed within India. For an International order, the delivery address cannot be changed to an Indian address.
If you are missing an item from your order, this is probably due to the fact that your order is being dispatched in separate parcels. Please note that for COD orders, we don’t dispatch more than three items. For prepaid orders, we dispatch all items in one parcel.

The order cannot be canceled once the order is dispatched from the warehouse.
Yes, you can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Please note that order cannot be canceled, once the dispatch has been initiated.
Your order can be canceled from Mehar’s side in three cases:
- If the address to which the product is to be delivered, is not serviceable.
- If the order you have placed gets out of stock suddenly due to high demand.
- We follow a process for order confirmation on both whatsapp and call. If you haven’t confirmed the order and complete address, then also, it can be canceled from our side.
In such scenarios, we try to notify you regarding the cancellation either on whatsapp or on call.
Currently this feature is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders.However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you can initiate an exchange or return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

Returns & Exchange Queries
Kindly, raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment. You can either call us on our Support Number: 080-69544000 or email us at: shop@mehar.com along with your Order ID and reason for return.
Note for Return & Exchange:
- 1). It shall be noted that the items shall be returned in the same exact condition as they were upon receipt.
- 2). The articles should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try the item on).
- 3). The items should have the original packaging and all labels or tags should be intact. Products without the original tags will not be accepted.
- 4). Kindly note that, return and exchange requests that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the order would not be accepted.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund would be credited to the Mehar Cash Wallet. Please note that if you have chosen COD mode of payment on our website and paid through UPI to the courier man on delivery; the refund would still be credited to the Mehar Wallet.

We use Express Shipping services of the reputed courier companies to deliver your orders as soon as possible. Please note that the courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code/zip code.

Yes, we support free shipping worldwide.
The in-transit risk is borne by Mehar. However, if the package is lost, stolen or damaged after being delivered or left at customer's address, Mehar will not be responsible or liable in any way.
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier company, we will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order. The email will contain the tracking number id and the details of the courier company along with the expected date of delivery. Tracking number for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to reflect on the courier company’s website.
