Your refund would be processed by us within 14 business days of successful verification of the returned product. Mehar initiates the refund ONLY after the successful quality check by our QC team. Please keep in mind that the refund initiation time may vary at times, as it depends upon the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the returned item(s) to the Mehar warehouse. Besides, the timing of the actual account credit also depends upon banks and payment gateways.
If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at along with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defective product. We can issue you a replacement of the product at no additional cost. If you don’t want a replacement, we will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
