Once your payment is authorized and your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from Mehar. You would be provided with the Order Number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You will also receive a confirmation call from the Customer Support Team. One you confirm the details, the order will be processed for dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. If you are missing an item from your order, this is probably due to the fact that your order is being dispatched in separate parcels. Please note that for COD orders, we don’t dispatch more than three items. For prepaid orders, we dispatch all items in one parcel.
